Cilantro is the leaf of the young coriander plant, Coriandrum sativum, an herb in the parsley family, Cilantro's taste is a fragrant mix of parsley and citrus.
Dill
Provides the tangy addition to pickles, salad dressing and fish dishes. Leaves are wispy and fernlike with a soft, sweet taste, or seeds can be used for more pungency
